Ukranian Village
Nestled between Wicker Park and Humboldt Park is Ukrainian Village. Its borders extend from Division to Grand and Damen to Western. Home to well-manicured lawns and beautifully maintained brick homes, Ukrainian Village was once home to Ukrainian immigrants. Breathtaking churches and shops catering to Ukrainian and Polish clientele make up a portion of this neighborhood.

In 1895, the construction of the elevated train in Ukranian Village spurred settlement into the neighborhood.
